General Use
Gift cards are valid for all regular-priced services and products offered at Blossom Med, unless otherwise specified.
Gift card bonus cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or package pricing.
Gift card bonus may be used for up to 3 membership billing cycles. Maximum $100 per billing cycle for weight loss, PCOS, and NAD+ memberships. Maximum $50 per billing cycle for IV Memberships.
Gift cards may not be applied toward prior purchases, outstanding balances, or gratuities.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, or refunded.
No cash value. Change or credit will not be given for unused balances; any remaining value will stay on the card for future use. Bonus Credits & Promotional Add-Ons
Bonus Credits will be added to your Blossom Med account after purchase
Bonus credits and promotional rewards (such as free spins, Pilates class passes, or bonus dollars) are complimentary incentives and hold no cash value.
Bonus credits are redeemable for full-priced services and as outlined under general use.
Complimentary services or classes must be scheduled within the valid period and are subject to availability.
Gift cards do not expire.
eGift cards are transferable and make great gifts!
Social Media Bonus Rules
Social media bonuses are valid when clients post a photo or video of prize or about gift card purchase on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, tag @BlossomMedAV, and keep the post visible for at least 7 days.
Blossom Med reserves the right to modify promotions or terms at any time to ensure fair use.
The $15 social media bonus is issued as account credit within 3–5 business days and use is outlined in Bonus Credits and Promotional Add-Ons section above.
